Nemanic "bnemanic" (walnut creek, ca United States) - At last at book for the prospective traveler who enjoys great travel writing and a superlative bibliography and glossary to whet the appetite. This is a book to savor before the trip to get the flavor in delicious detail. It is also a reminder that at one time many of our best magazines had memorable articles by the best travel writers that one could save and file away for future reference not just these "info-bytes" we are subjected to more often than not nowadays. Barrie Kerper has gleaned the very best for us to read and edited a book of the "crme de la creme". Now to read the rest in the series!
