As for being a Dental Hygienist, i feel that this book helped me organize and gather my thoughts in a meeting. I feel that the chapter on effective communication was written exceptionally. The book gave great detail on how to improve communication skills in a health setting, and i believe that the writers did an exceptional job doing it. The chaper on how to speak effectively was very knowledgeable and informational. I like how the book explained every step by step in order to improve something, whether it be speaking, reading, or planning an effective meeting. I feel that this book will help others in any Health Profession to learn some tips to be more comfortable in the Health setting. This book is exceptional for helping in team and group communication. Each chapter helps one stay more relaxed and calm once knowing some simple tips for success. The only compliants that I had dealing with the book was it was too long and elaborate. I feel thatthe book did not need so much information. Otherwise, I do recommed Writing, Speaking, & Communicating for other Health Professionals. The book enabled me to prepare a speech that dealt with team and group communication. This book is very educatonal for a manager that has to put together their first meeting. Also this book is exceptional for a health professional that is just starting off in their profession. It teachs any health professionals the basic steps that they may have not already learned. This book was comprehendable and educational for readers. Writing, Speaking, & Communicating taught me the ways to achieve success as a group. It helps one realize that everyone can come together with their talents as a group and have things be completed more effectively.
