History at a certaim perspective, February 5, 2001 Reviewer:danielle "dms9" (Durham, NH USA) - I think this book was an amazing example of telling history from a certaim viewpoint without forcing an opinion upon someone. It is an excellent choice for anyone with the desire to learn more on the history of race and culture. I found it to be educational, yet interesting at the same time. Book Description Rethinking the Color Line is an anthology of current research and writings on race and ethnicity that examines contemporary issues and explores new approaches to the study of race and ethnic relations. |
